Key Tag, Volvo EX30

An elegant and lightweight remote control key with no buttons, ideal if you're looking for a smooth companion for your regular remote key and mobile phone for unlocking the car.

The Key Tag works in the same way as a regular remote control key for keyless locking and unlocking. The smaller size of the key makes it ideal to take with you during sports activities as it neither takes up space nor weighs much.

The car will detect you when you approach the car with your Key Tag from about 6 metres away and light up with a welcoming light show. When you are within 1.5 metres, the car will automatically unlock all doors and the tailgate, as well as unlock the charging cable briefly.

To make the experience even more personal, the car's settings automatically adapt to the individual profile you linked to the remote control key, giving you a customised driving experience every time you sit in the car. Not only that, once you have parked and closed the doors, it automatically locks as you leave.

If you choose to disable the automatic approach and leave function, you can unlock the car by pulling the driver's door handle or pressing the tailgate open button.

The key is water-resistant to a depth of 1 metre for up to 30 minutes making it ideal to carry with you during water activities. As the key does not have a detachable key blade or buttons, you do not have to worry about it getting damaged under water or during other sports activities.
