Below you can find information on our warranty process. This information does not in any way impede the legal warranty to which you, as a consumer, are entitled.
What is the legal warranty?
Every item is entitled to a legal warranty, this warranty means that a product must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use. In addition, you are entitled to a manufacturer’s warranty for many products, this is an additional warranty on top of the legal warranty which you are always entitled to.
The warranty period will be displayed on every product, also known as manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty applies only to product defects and/or manufacturing defects. Wear, damage, or improper use are excluded from the warranty. This, at the discretion of the product’s manufacturer.
If a product you ordered becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us. Defects which are not caused by wear or damage withinh the influence of the buyer, will be professionally repaired. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced by us. If the product can no longer be delivered we will offer an equivalent product or a refund. *
