Return policy

An item can be returned within 14 days after receipt in its original and unused state and when possible in its original undamaged packaging. The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s), including the associated postage costs.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, damaged or are incomplete.
• Consumables like protective film or (windshield) washer fluid.
• Items that are not eligible for returns due to hygiene policies, like earphones.
